Drive inclusivity – By ensuring all groups are welcome and celebrated locally & globally.
Champion your voices – By creating clear channels and ensure the fans voice is heard at the highest level in key decisions.
Promote transparency – By strengthen trust between the club and its fans and provide constructive and open feedback and support around communication.
Improve fan experiences – By identifying areas for improvement in accessibility, atmosphere, services and engagement at matches and drive for improvements in areas such as ticketing.
Protect Heritage -By promoting & protect Aston Villa’s traditions and identity while embracing growth
